pub fn skill_md() -> StringExpand description
The installable agent skill.
Rendered from the same table as --help and AGENTS.md at the moment
of installation, so — unlike docs baked in as static files — the
installed skill can never describe a different version than the binary
that wrote it. Re-installing after an upgrade refreshes it.
