A view’s refs, grouped by repository as git oids, and the ones no repository could hold.

Fields

by_repo: BTreeMap<String, BTreeMap<String, String>>

repo -> refname -> oid, for every ref named <repo>:<refname> whose value is a git oid.

unbacked: Vec<String>

One sentence per ref that names no repository or whose value is not a git oid. The API can write either, and no bundle or bare repository can back one, so a check that wants every ref backed has to be told about them rather than find them absent.
